1. Bookings and Confirmations
All transfer requests made through our platform or partner forms (e.g., Fillout) are subject to availability. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a formal confirmation email from VeVaL Airport Transfers. Fares are fixed for the specified route (e.g., Markham/Richmond Hill to Toronto Pearson YYZ) as agreed upon prior to dispatch.
2. Cancellations and Modifications
In adherence to fair consumer practices in Ontario, cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund or free cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a late cancellation fee up to the full fare amount.
3. Passenger & Luggage Capacity
Our flagship vehicle (Chrysler Pacifica Limited) safely seats a maximum of 8 passengers. Luggage is restricted to the physical dimensions of the vehicle's cargo space. VeVaL reserves the right to refuse service without refund if the party size or luggage exceeds legal safety limits or vehicle capacity.
4. Wait Times and Flight Delays
We monitor incoming flights in real-time. For airport pickups, we provide a complimentary wait time of up to 60 minutes after the flight has landed. For home pickups, a grace period of 15 minutes is provided. Additional wait time may incur supplementary charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfect punctuality, VeVaL Airport Transfers is not liable for delays, missed flights, or resulting financial losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to severe weather conditions, unpredicted traffic accidents, road closures, or instructions by law enforcement.
6. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from your use of VeVaL Airport Transfers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
